At KCL Pet Care, we believe every pet deserves compassionate, personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to provide specialized pet services, including training and grooming, that foster trust, understanding, and connection between pets and their owners. Through positive reinforcement, patience, and a deep respect for animal behavior, we create a safe and enriching environment for pets while offering peace of mind to their humans.

Values

  • There are no bad dogs. Just dogs that need a little understanding and a lot of patience.
  • Honesty and open communication are vital to a client/caregiver relationship.
  • Accountability goes a long way.
  • Every dog is a gift and will be treated as such.
  • Use the least intrusive, minimally aversive option out of a variety of strategies available to teach a dog the right way to behave. In other words, positively reinforce desired behaviors.
